Some of our products are set up to show the entire collection on one page. You are presented with options for the different colors in the collection, which can be seen up close by choosing a color in the radio option list. Once you choose a color the picture will change to that tile. From there you can hover over the image to zoom in or click on the image to make it larger.
We do sell bullnose but we usually don't have the manufacturer's bullnose in stock in our warehouse. We can custom make any size bullnose you'd like, price varies by size and type of tile. We can usually get manufacturered bullnose for you if you'd prefer, but the wait time for those will vary based on the location of the manufacturer. Sometimes. If you notice we have some products from a specific manufactuer but not the particular collection you are looking for, we encourage you to contact us! If we don't have that particular manufacturer listed on our site then the chances are slim, but it doesn't hurt to ask!
The word unit is referring to boxes, and we hold a five box minimum for shipping purposes. We must ship porcelain & ceramic tile via freight truck to minimize the chance of breakage during the shipping process. Your order must weigh 150 pounds or more to be shipped by freight which is why we hold the minimum quantity. If you plan to buy small quantities of different colors or sizes, please call us to complete your order. We are working on an easier way to accomplish this task in the near future.
We suggest that you purchase 10% more tile than needed for your project to account for mistakes during the cutting and laying process & to have a little extra in case you need to replace any over time. Remember, tile becomes discontinued by the manufacturer regularly & once it's discontinued for awhile it can become a daunting task to locate replacement tile.

If you are purchasing glass tile & using FedEx as a shipping option, you are paying the exact rates that we are required to pay therefore we cannot reduce the shipping price for you. Shipments exceeding 150lbs can get expensive if you are far from our warehouse, so we encourage you to contact us for a custom shipping quote. We offer the option of picking up the tile from your local terminal which can reduce the price as well. Since freight charges flutuate over time, we can often times compare your rates with other carriers to find the best price.
If you handle the customs paperwork and shipment, we would be more than happy to fulfill your order and have it ready for pick-up from our warehouse. Contact us for more information.

We don't hold a minimum quanitity for most of our glass tile, so you can order as much or as little as you'd like. For the more fragile products such as porcelain, ceramic, & stone, shipping one box via FedEx can be dangerous. We can't guarantee that your tile will arrive in one piece. We will accommodate you, but only at your own risk. The only promises we can make is that we will wrap your tiles to the best of our ability and include "fragile" stickers on the box.
